We've got a few options to suit you! You can choose same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:59 am AEST Melbourne time, or schedule delivery on a date of your choice.

We deliver all orders between 9 am and 6 pm. We aren't able to guarantee an exact delivery time, but if you'd prefer to pick up your order in Heathmont at a time that suits you, just let us know, and we'll do our best to make that work!

No stress! Our driver will do their best to leave the flowers somewhere safe and sheltered, like a covered porch or with a friendly neighbour. We recommend adding a safe-leave instruction or an alternate contact number at checkout so your blooms end up in good hands.

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn't entered the preparation stage, which is usually up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Once our florists have started on your arrangement, cancellations may not be possible, so please get in touch as early as you can.

If your flowers arrive damaged or aren't quite right, we want to fix that straight away! Contact us via email at hello@thru-studio.com within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund for you.

• When your flowers arrive, unwrap them straight away and trim 2–3 cm off the stems at a diagonal angle.

• Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline, then place them in a clean vase with fresh, cool water.

• Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit as fruit releases a natural gas that shortens their lifespan.

• Change the water every two days and re-trim the stems each time.
