Thank you for being here! These terms outline how Thru Studio operates and what you can expect when you shop or connect with us. By using our website, you are agreeing to the terms below.

Throughout this document, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Thru Studio, and "you" refers to you as a customer or visitor. We may update these terms from time to time, so feel free to check back in.

Placing an Order

  • When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you a confirmation email once your order and payment have been received. If you have not heard from us, reach out at hello@thru-studio.com.

  • We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at any time, including after payment has been made. If this happens, we will always communicate with you promptly.

  • Our products are intended for personal use only and are not available for resale.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.

  • We occasionally update our pricing. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

  • Delivery is charged separately and calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Discount codes and promotions apply to products only and do not extend to delivery costs.

Delivery

  • Our delivery window is between 9 am and 6:30 pm AEST. We are not able to guarantee a specific time of arrival. If timing matters for your occasion, please get in touch at hello@thru-studio.com ahead of placing your order, and we can discuss options.

  • Delivery fees vary by location and are confirmed at checkout. Please double-check your postcode before completing your order. If an error is made, we will follow up to arrange the correct amount before dispatching.

  • We partner with trusted couriers to get your blooms to you in the best possible condition. Orders are dispatched promptly once payment is confirmed.

  • We do everything we can to meet your requested delivery date, however Thru Studio cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

  • If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please let us know straight away at hello@thru-studio.com. We will do our best to make it right, and outcomes are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Address

  • Please take care when entering your delivery address. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout, we are unable to take responsibility for the outcome.

  • If we cannot complete a delivery due to an address issue, we will contact you to find a solution. Redelivery fees and flower replacement costs may apply.

  • Need to update your address after ordering? Let us know in writing at least 24 hours before your delivery date, and we will do our best to update it. Same-day changes cannot be guaranteed, and any additional costs incurred will be passed on.

If no one is home

  • If there is no one available to receive your order, our driver will leave it in the safest spot available at the delivery address.

  • Once an order has been left at the property, Thru Studio is not responsible for what happens to it. We recommend letting your recipient know to expect a delivery so they can collect it promptly, as fresh flowers are perishable.

  • If there is no safe place to leave the order, it will be returned to us. Redelivery can be arranged, but additional fees may apply.

Public Holidays

  • We do not operate on public holidays. If your selected delivery date falls on a public holiday, we will reach out to offer you a reschedule or a full refund.

Our Flowers & Seasonal Designs

  • Because we work with fresh, seasonal blooms, the arrangements you receive may differ from the images on our website in terms of flower variety, colour, and composition. This is part of what makes each arrangement beautifully unique.

  • We always design with the best available blooms each season and will stay true to the colour palette and aesthetic of what you have chosen.

  • Some flowers may arrive in bud form. This is intentional and means your arrangement will continue to open and evolve over the following days.

  • If you have specific preferences, we encourage you to reach out at hello@thru-studio.com before placing your order so we can chat through the details.

Returns & Concerns

  • We put genuine care into every arrangement. If something does not seem right, please email us at hello@thru-studio.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will look into it straight away.

  • Refunds or replacements are not available for change of mind, or for concerns raised outside the 48-hour window.

  • If a genuine issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund for the product and original delivery fee within 7 business days.

  • All imagery and content on the Thru Studio website belongs to us and is protected under Australian copyright law. Please do not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
